Established in 2000, the Host Research Team 3350 chose to call itself "Analyse Comparée des Pouvoirs" (Comparative Analysis of Powers) to declare its multidisciplinary character: geographers, historians and specialists in sociology and sports history share the same line of research on the themes of power, work and spatial transformations.
